AYC’s Digital Discipleship Program leverages a structured digital marketing funnel to reach thousands of nominal Christians aged 16–29 across Egypt and the MENA region. Through targeted campaigns and storytelling on social media, seekers are invited to register for free online courses that clearly present the Gospel and invite a personal response. Participants engage with 10-day discipleship courses delivered via YouTube, supported by interactive tools such as WhatsApp group reflections, Slido for anonymous questions, and CRM-based follow-up.
This process ensures deep engagement as participants share learnings, receive encouragement, and grow in their faith. Thousands hear the full Gospel message, hundreds graduate from courses, and many begin a lasting relationship with Christ—eventually integrating into local churches, with some progressing toward leadership training.
The Hybrid Leadership Development Program equips leaders and emerging leaders (ages 30–45) to serve their churches and communities, rooted in their identity in Christ.
Participants enter through a targeted digital funnel and progress through a multi-phase journey: starting with online courses on our Learning Management System (LMS), continuing with weekly Zoom-based deep discipleship groups that include reflection, followed by contextual book readings, and in-person conferences.
Rooted in the commands to “Love the Lord your God” and “Love your neighbor,” the program emphasizes the mindset of Christ and servant leadership, along with biblical justice, mercy, and generosity, while fostering self-leadership and spiritual maturity. Personal mentoring, digital follow-up, CRM-supported tracking, and thematic deep discipleship tools support participants as they integrate what they learn into ministry. This hybrid model empowers hundreds of leaders to cultivate a missional culture within their churches and lead holistic outreach rooted in Gospel values.
Through the Hybrid Leadership Development Program, AYC equips leaders to cultivate a missional culture within their churches and lead holistic outreach grounded in biblical values. As participants apply what they’ve learned, selected churches are supported in implementing transformative community projects—such as addiction recovery, vocational training, women’s rehabilitation from violence, and next-generation development initiatives.
At the same time, AYC empowers these leaders to respond to urgent local needs through relief efforts like food distribution and medical support. These initiatives strengthen the church’s Gospel witness, build trust with surrounding communities, and mobilize internal and external resources as part of asset-based development for long-term impact.
